Low-Cost, Low-Voltage SLG4752x GreenPAK™ with Level-Shifting Capabilities

The new SLG47525V (14-pin) and SLG47528V (20-pin) are the first dual supply GreenPAK™ devices interfacing 0.95V to 1.98V and 1.71V to 5.5V rails. The devices introduce a wide range of level-shifting capabilities, opening the door to applications not previously reachable for the GreenPAK™ family. Now, with communication interfaces available on both VDD1 and VDD2 domains, analog voltage monitoring features, simple level shifting, and a compact, low-cost package, these devices offer a solution for PCs, tablets, laptops, wearables, servers, and more.
